We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Customer Success person to join our team. In
this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our clients achieve maximum value from our AI
solutions. You will serve as the main point of contact for both customer sides of the marketplace
including AI Builders on the buy side and Bounty Hunters on the supply side, providing support,
guidance, and education while building strong relationships to ensure long-term satisfaction and
success. This is an equity-only position, and it requires the candidate to be onsite in the South
Bay Area.
The exact title will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications and
experience.

*Key Responsibilities *

• Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with
customers, acting as their trusted advisor throughout their journey with Fuel AI.
• Onboarding: Lead the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition
and providing training and support to maximize product adoption.
• Support: Address customer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and provide proactive solutions
to ensure a seamless user experience.
• Customer Retention: Work closely with customers to understand their business needs and
goals, ensuring they derive full value from our AI products and solutions.
• Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback and collaborate with internal teams to
implement improvements and updates to enhance the customer experience.
• Account Growth: Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products or
services based on customer needs.
• Product Expertise: Stay up-to-date with Fuel AI’s products and services to provide
knowledgeable support and guidance to customers.
• Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product, and engineering teams to ensure
customer satisfaction and help drive product improvements.
Qualifications
• Experience: Proven experience in a customer service, customer success, account
management, or client services role, ideally within the tech or AI industry.
• Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to
explain complex technical concepts in a clear and relatable way.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive and
customer-centric mindset.
• Empathy: A deep understanding of customer needs and a commitment to helping them
succeed.
• Adaptability: Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic
environment.
• Collaboration: Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to work cross-functionally with
internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is
preferred.
