Hi React native developers.

JD:

1. We need someone who can work full-time (40hrs/week). Remote. Majority of hours should be done Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm India time (in our digital office so we can work together at similar times for better collaboration). Is this ok for you?

2. We need someone who has at least 1 but ideally 3+ years working experience with react native. How much exp do u have?

3. Your pay would be: $350-$400 cash (per month) as well as 0.5%-1% ownership of Convose (per month). These terms are non-negotiable as it's the same as everyone in our team. It will increase once we get a more significant investment. The majority of your pay is in equity (with a small amount of cash). 1% is currently worth about US$13k. I've sold about US$100k of Convose equity over the last years proving this. Later you will be able to sell your equity to investors &/or share in the profits depending on your % ownership (e.g., if u own 20% u will get 20% of the profits). Are you interested to own the company you're working on and be a cofounder with us? Are u able to live with this amount of cash/month?

4. What is your understanding of how Convose is different to other apps? I.e., The problem/pain we're solving & how we aim to help people? U could answer this with a use-case example. Also, if relevant, I'd love to hear about your own experience with other new-people finding apps or examples of new-people/new-relationships that u personally wished u could find in your life.
