Our Tech Stack:

React Native

Naturally, this will evolve and grow as we scale. We highly value individuals who can quickly adapt and learn new principles, design patterns, and tech stacks.

Experience:

• 4+ years of experience in writing applications using React Native
• Strong understanding of React Native internals, profiling, Native Android and iOS app development
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Passion for building high-quality, scalable software

Process

We don’t believe in reversing linked lists. Instead, we fall in love every time we meet a hacker who builds for the joy of it. Throughout the process, we’ll focus on getting to know you and how we can create a great experience for you at Swish.

1. You will be invited for a brief call with Saran for a quick vibe check.
2. Will be given a small project to hack and submit
3. If we are impressed by your submission, a final call with Aniket is set up. This call helps us learn more about you as a person.
4. If everything goes well, we will notify you via email as soon as possible. If not, we will still provide you with feedback.

ps: sometimes a couple of extra calls are set up to make sure we really get to know you well.
