As we embark on explosive national growth, Waev is seeking an ambitious Operations Lead to spearhead expansion and performance of the network.

Operations Lead: You are a rising star, could even be recently out of school, and ready to tackle a challenging and rewarding opportunity. You are seeking a position that lets you unleash your full potential while expanding your role and responsibilities as the company rapidly expands. You are equal parts strategic/organized and entrepreneurial/fast paced. You are action-oriented, which makes you comfortable with hard deadlines, chaos, and ambiguity. You are the kind of person who, when provided a direction/vision, can then develop strategy, organize activities, and execute.

As Operations Lead, you are responsible for a wide array of activities, all centered around the deployment, maintenance, and support of a national network of proprietary digital tabletop screens within bars and restaurants. As the primary operations team member, you are responsible for helping build and execute our strategy for supporting thousands of venues nationwide. You report directly to Waev’s CEO.

Responsibilities:

• Organizing and remotely overseeing digital screen installations across the US
• Ensuring venue staff are trained on and excited about Waev
• Maintaining >95% uptime for deployed digital screens, building systems to ensure maintenance issues are addressed within 48 hours
• Continuously assess what works and what’s broken — and actively find solutions and implement changes to our procedures to raise our bar of execution
