Hardware Engineering Lead

Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Hardware Engineering Lead. You will be responsible for leading the hardware team across electronics, mechanical & firmware domains.

Key Responsibilities
Lead the design, development, and testing of hardware components for our health-tracking and improvement devices.
Oversee the entire hardware development lifecycle, from concept to production.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including software, product, and design to ensure seamless integration of hardware and software.
Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
Manage relationships with suppliers and manufacturers to ensure timely delivery of components.
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware-related issues in a timely manner.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering or a related field.
6-7+ years of experience in hardware engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
Proven track record of leading hardware development projects from concept to production.
Strong knowledge of electronics, mechanical design, and firmware development.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience in the health tech industry.
Knowledge of IoT and biosensors technology.
Work experience at a startup.
