Job Description:
The Graphic Designer will play a crucial role in creating visually compelling designs that align with IvyPanda’s brand identity. You will collaborate closely with the marketing, content, and product teams to develop engaging graphics for digital platforms, social media, and educational materials. This is an exciting opportunity for a designer who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for education.

Responsibilities:

• Design visually appealing graphics for the IvyPanda website, social media, and digital marketing campaigns.
• Create engaging visual content for blogs, eBooks, infographics, presentations, and other educational materials.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop brand assets, promotional materials, and advertising campaigns.
• Ensure consistency of IvyPanda’s visual identity across all platforms and materials.
• Work closely with the product team to design UI/UX elements that improve the user experience.
• Stay updated on design trends and tools to create fresh, modern visuals.
• Optimize graphics for web and mobile platforms to ensure fast loading times and high-quality displays.
• Prepare and present creative concepts and ideas to internal stakeholders for feedback and approval.
• Assist in the creation of motion graphics or video content if necessary.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably with experience in digital design for web and social media.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant tools.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of creative design work, including digital and print materials.
• Excellent understanding of visual design principles, typography, color theory, and composition.
• Knowledge of UI/UX design principles is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, remote environment while managing multiple projects.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow brand guidelines.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience with motion graphics or video editing tools (After Effects, Premiere Pro) is a bonus.
