We are seeking a self-starter marketer who is organized, an analytical thinker, and has a passion for helping women start or grow their families. The Influencer Marketing Specialist role is responsible for managing and executing influencer marketing campaigns. You will be identifying and partnering with relevant influencers who align with our brand, coordinate campaign logistics, and ensure successful collaborations to enhance our brand awareness and drive engagement.
Job Responsibilities
● Lead and manage all aspects of influencer marketing campaigns including logistics, negotiations, content creation, scheduling, delivery, and budget management to boost brand awareness and key metrics around conversion
● Identify and engage with influencers whose audiences align with our target market and brand values, build strong relationships and coordinate all communications throughout the campaign process
● Coordinate communication and training with influencers, providing comprehensive training to ensure they understand our products and services and can meet campaign objectives
● Work with cross-functional teams, including Marketing and Content, to support new content initiatives, feature launches and ensure cohesive social media content strategies
● Review content produced by influencers to ensure they align with Premom’s brand standards and the desired direction for each campaign objective
● Ensure all influencer content complies with legal guidelines and company guidelines, protecting the brand's reputation
● Track campaign performance, ensure objectives are being met, and report insights to leadership on a weekly basis
Job Requirements
● Bachelor’s degree or higher in Communications, Marketing or a related field
● 3+ years working in social media and/or influencer experience
● Be able to be self-motivated and work independently with minimal supervision
● Proven experience in managing influencer campaigns and building relationships, preferably with women’s health or mobile app-related companies
● Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal that include a creative style combined with an analytical mindset
● Deep knowledge and passion for social media marketing, with a strong grasp of trends and best practices on TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube, and a deep understanding of what drives engagement and success on these platforms
● Ability to analyze data and track KPIs while making data-driven decisions
● Attention to detail, critical thinker, and problem-solver
● Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
