As we build the future of digital asset trading, we are seeking a visionary Chief Technology Officer (CTO) with deep expertise in blockchain technology to lead our technical development.

Role Overview
As the CTO of FlipVault, you will be at the helm of our technological strategy and execution. Whether you are a hands-on developer capable of building our backend and smart contracts from the ground up or an experienced leader with the ability to manage and scale a technical team, your role will be critical in bringing our vision to life. This is an equity-only role, offering a unique opportunity to shape the technological foundation of a high-potential startup.

Key Responsibilities
Technical Leadership: Define and drive the overall technology strategy and vision for FlipVault.

Backend Development: Design, develop, and implement a robust and scalable backend for the platform, ensuring seamless and secure operations.

Smart Contract Development: Architect and develop smart contracts essential to the functionality of FlipVault’s trading platform.

Team Management: If not developing hands-on, recruit, manage, and mentor a team of developers to build the backend and smart contracts.

Blockchain Integration: Ensure seamless integration of blockchain technology, focusing on security, scalability, and efficiency.

Product Development: Collaborate with the founding team to translate business requirements into technical specifications and product features.

Security Best Practices: Implement and oversee best practices in security, particularly in the development and deployment of smart contracts and other blockchain elements.

Innovation & Growth: Continuously explore and implement emerging technologies and methodologies that align with FlipVault’s mission.

What We’re Looking For
Technical Expertise: Strong experience in backend development, smart contract development, and blockchain technologies.

Hands-on Development: Ability to fully develop the backend and smart contracts or manage a technical team to do so.

Leadership Skills: Proven experience in leading and scaling technical teams, particularly in a startup environment.

Blockchain Proficiency: Deep understanding of blockchain platforms like Ethereum, Solana, or others, and experience in developing decentralized applications (dApps).

Strategic Vision: Ability to align technical strategy with business goals, ensuring that all technology initiatives support the company’s vision.

Problem Solver: Strong analytical skills and a problem-solving mindset to overcome technical challenges and drive continuous improvement.
