QA Automation (Selenium, Typescript)

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled QA Automation Engineer with expertise in Selenium using Java and TypeScript to join our quality assurance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing automated test scripts to ensure the quality and functionality of web applications. This role requires close collaboration with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality software solutions.
Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium WebDriver with Java and TypeScript.
• Create comprehensive test plans, test cases, and automation frameworks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, product managers to identify and automate test scenarios.
• Debug and troubleshoot automation code issues, perform root cause analysis, and resolve problems effectively.
• Continuously improve the test automation framework and suggest improvements to increase testing efficiency.
• Ensure automated test scripts are run regularly and that results are communicated clearly to the team.
• Participate in design and code reviews with an eye on automation hooks and ease of testing.
• Stay up to date with the latest industry trends, tools, and best practices for test automation. Mandatory Skills:
• Selenium WebDriver with Java and TypeScript for automation.
• Strong experience in designing and developing automation frameworks for web-based applications.
• Solid understanding of Java and TypeScript programming languages.
• Experience in using TestNG or JUnit for test execution.
• Familiarity with REST API testing and automation.
• Proficient with version control systems such as Git.
