What You Will Do

As a pivotal part of our team, you'll engage in cross-collaborative efforts with a variety of teams, both technical and non-technical, including engineers, Finance, and HR. Your mission will be to advise, capture requirements, document best practices, build and/or configure impactful implementations that enhance our internal processes and operations.

• Collaborate Across Departments: Partner with key stakeholders across Finance, People, GTM, IT, Product, and more to craft, review, and design requirements that address complex business challenges from a technical viewpoint
• Drive Automation and Integrations: Develop, test, and deploy automation and integration solutions through customization, configuration, and engineering efforts (e.g., ETL, scripting), enhancing efficiency and effectiveness
• Advise on Business Requirements: Work closely with stakeholders to define business requirements, offering insights on the utility of automation deployments and identifying unspoken technical risks or conflicting requirements as needed
• Develop Data Pipelines: Collaborate with Finance, Accounting, People, and IT to configure and develop data pipelines across systems, ensuring data accuracy and reliability
• Focus on Finance Systems Engineering: Spearhead engineering efforts for Finance systems (NetSuite, Avalara, Salesforce, Stripe), with opportunities to expand into G&A systems within People, Legal, IT, and beyond. Engage with the Moveworks product to develop novel use cases that enhance the employee experience
• Champion documentation practices, ensuring our business system architecture is well maintained

What You Bring To The Table

• 5+ years of relevant experience with NetSuite ERP and a proven track record in designing, building, and maintaining automations and integrations across systems such as Salesforce, Adaptive, Avalara, Okta, etc
• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Accounting, or equivalent experience in related fields
• Proficient understanding of key financial business processes (R2R, P2P, O2C), active certifications including NetSuite administrator and developer, and a working knowledge of SuiteCloud, SuiteScripts, SuiteFlows, JavaScript (ES6+), Python, SQL, and iPaaS platforms like Workato, MuleSoft, Boomi, or Celigo
• A relentless drive to learn new tools and skills, including AWS (S3, Lambda, API Gateway), Snowflake, ETL tools (Fivetran, Census), and BI tools (Mode, Looker)

Compensation Range: $155,000 - $190,000
