Design Manager

We are currently looking for a passionate and experienced Design Lead to join our team. This role is crucial as we continue to build and scale our products and brand presence. As our Design Lead, you will have the opportunity to shape the visual identity of Kyoren Labs and create impactful user experiences that resonate with our customers.

What You'll Do:

• Lead the design vision and strategy for all products under Kyoren Labs.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure design consistency and alignment with our brand mission.
• Mentor and guide a team of designers, fostering a culture of creativity and innovation.
• Develop and implement user-centric designs for our digital platforms, including websites, apps, and wearable interfaces.
• Translate complex health and wellness concepts into simple, intuitive, and beautiful designs that drive engagement and user satisfaction.

What We're Looking For:

• A full-time NID/IDC graduate with a minimum of 5 years of work experience in UI/UX and graphic design.
• A strong portfolio that showcases your expertise in user-centric design and your ability to lead creative projects from concept to completion.
• Proficiency in design tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and Sketch.
• Excellent aesthetic sense, creative judgment, and a passion for designing impactful user experiences.
• A basic understanding of copy and brand communications, enabling you to guide writers and collaborate effectively across teams.
• A background in advertising or design is highly preferred.
