Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to lead and execute digital campaigns, with a strong focus on generating leads for our US B2B customers. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of creating and implementing successful digital marketing strategies and will work closely with the team to drive campaign effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Campaign Development and Management:
• Lead the planning, creation, and implementation of digital marketing campaigns targeting the US market.
• Direct team members, to ensure the successful execution of marketing strategies.
2. Lead Generation:
• Utilize various digital channels to generate quality leads, focusing on:
• Paid search advertising (e.g., Google Ads)
• LinkedIn campaigns
• Display advertising
• YouTube marketing
3. Analytics and Optimization:
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics.
• Make data-driven decisions to optimize campaigns for better engagement and higher ROI.
• Provide detailed reports on campaign effectiveness and recommend improvements.
4. Collaboration and Communication:
• Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing strategies with business goals.
• Communicate regularly with stakeholders on campaign progress, successes, and areas for improvement.
Requirements:
• 2-5 years of experience in digital marketing, particularly in B2B lead generation.
• Proven experience targeting and engaging the US market.
• Hands-on experience with digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn, YouTube).
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in managing campaigns with a focus on paid search, LinkedIn, display ads, and YouTube.
• Demonstrated ability to generate leads and drive results for B2B customers in the US.
