Database Management:
Maintain and update customer databases with accurate contact information and sales activities.
Record call outcomes and feedback to improve sales strategies and customer interactions.
Customer Service:
Address and resolve customer inquiries, concerns, or complaints in a timely and satisfactory manner.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and support.
Product Knowledge:
Stay informed about product features, benefits, and pricing to provide accurate and relevant information to customers.
Participate in training sessions and meetings to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
Compliance:
Adhere to company policies, procedures, and industry regulations during sales interactions.
Ensure all sales practices comply with ethical standards and legal requirements.
Feedback and Reporting:
Provide feedback to management on customer responses, market trends, and competitor activities.
Prepare and submit regular reports on sales activities, achievements, and areas for improvement.
