Position Overview: Full-Stack Engineer

What You’ll Do:
As a Full-Stack Engineer at Tealfeed, you will play a crucial role in building and enhancing our platform. You will work closely with our product and design teams to translate business problems into scalable and efficient tech solutions. Your work will directly impact the success of our customers by delivering a seamless, low-latency experience across all aspects of the platform.

• Product Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain new features and enhancements for our platform.
• System Design: Architect and implement robust, scalable, and secure systems that can handle the demands of appointment-driven businesses.
• Data Modeling: Design efficient data models that ensure data integrity, support analytical needs, and optimize for performance.
• Problem Solving: Address complex technical challenges by devising innovative solutions that align with business goals.
• Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code that adheres to best practices and industry standards.
• Continuous Improvement: Contribute to the continuous improvement of our development processes, tools, and culture.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Technical Expertise: Proficient in React and Node.js. Experience with frameworks like Next.js and Nest.js is a strong plus. Strong understanding of system design, data modeling, and building low-latency systems. Ability to write efficient, scalable, and clean code that meets business objectives.
• Problem Solving: Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to tackle complex technical challenges. Ability to translate business problems into viable technical solutions.
