About the Job
We are looking for an enthusiastic Sales Manager to join our team at ConvoSearch. In this role, you will support our business development efforts by assisting with market research, client outreach, and strategy development. Roles and Responsibilities
- Market Research: Conduct research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and competitive landscape. Provide insights to inform business development strategies.
- Lead Generation: Assist in generating and qualifying leads through various channels, including social media, networking events, and outreach campaigns.
- Client Outreach: Support outreach efforts by drafting and sending communication to potential clients, scheduling meetings, and following up on leads.
- Strategy Development: Collaborate with the business development team to develop and refine strategies for market penetration and client acquisition.
- Reporting: Track and report on business development activities, providing regular updates on progress and outcomes.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment and support integrated business development initiatives.
Qualifications
- Educational Background: Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to craft compelling messages and presentations.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze market data and trends to provide actionable insights.
- Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects effectively.
- Proactive Attitude: Eager to learn, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM tools, social media platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite is a plus.
