The Human Resources Manager at THRYL by Glazer Labs will be instrumental in designing and implementing HR strategies that align with our technological and business goals, fostering an environment that promotes rapid innovation and high employee engagement. You will be responsible for advanced HR functions including data-driven workforce planning, development of scalable HR systems, and enhancement of employee performance through cutting-edge tools and practices.

Key Responsibilities:
Technical and Non-Technical Talent Acquisition:
- Design specific recruitment strategies for hiring technical talent such as software developers, data analysts, and cybersecurity experts.
- Simultaneously develop effective approaches for sourcing and retaining non-technical talent in areas like marketing, sales, and customer support.
Strategic Workforce Planning:
- Utilize data analytics to forecast HR needs and develop strategies to preemptively fill talent gaps.
- Implement advanced recruitment systems, integrating AI and machine learning where possible to streamline the hiring process.
Performance Management Systems:
- Design and deploy a robust performance management system that integrates seamlessly with our internal project management tools (e.g., ClickUp).
- Develop KPIs and KRAs for all roles, aligning them with business objectives to enhance accountability and performance.
Learning and Development:
- Leverage learning management systems (LMS) to deliver tailored training programs that promote skill enhancement and career growth.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training modules through metrics such as employee performance data and engagement levels.
Compensation and Benefits Strategy:
- Develop and manage a compensation framework using benchmarking tools and salary survey data to maintain competitive pay scales.
- Integrate blockchain technology for transparent and efficient management of benefits and rewards.
Regulatory Compliance and HR Policies:
- Keep abreast of the latest changes in employment laws and technological impacts on work (e.g., AI ethics in HR).
- Revise and digitize HR policies and employee handbooks to ensure compliance and accessibility.
Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Initiatives:
- Use analytics tools to measure diversity metrics and implement AI-driven diversity enhancement programs.
- Develop and execute strategies for a globally inclusive culture that leverages diverse perspectives to drive innovation.
HR Technology and Systems:
- Evaluate and implement HR Information Systems (HRIS) that support efficient employee data management and reporting.
- Drive the digital transformation of the HR department, incorporating cloud-based solutions and cybersecurity measures to protect employee data.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, with additional certifications in HR technology or analytics preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in human resources within a technology-driven industry.
- Expertise in HR analytics, Hiring Talents, systems integration, and leveraging technology to enhance HR functions.
- Proven track record in developing and executing HR strategies that align with business objectives.
- Strong legal acumen with up-to-date knowledge of labor laws and regulatory requirements.
