• Be a Part of Going 0.5 to 1: We're still in the early innings here at Conduit Health, and in this role, you'll be a part of our foundational team. The ideal candidate is a high-achieving IC from the jump, but with the experience or potential to grow into an Engineering Manager or Team Lead as our engineering organization grows.

*Requirements:

• Startup Experience: Proven track record in high-growth startup environments, demonstrating adaptability, resilience, and an understanding of scaling challenges. Ideally ~10 years, but talent > experience.
• Technical Expertise: Strong proficiency in our tech stack - React, Remix, Python, GraphQL, AWS, Kafka, and Terraform - or similar environments, with a focus on workflow and data-intensive web applications. Experience with highly secure applications and handling sensitive data is a plus.
• Leadership Potential: Ability to transition from an Individual Contributor (IC) role to an Engineering Manager or Team Lead role as the team grows, combining hands-on technical mastery with effective team management.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to overcoming technical challenges. You get things done.
• Excellent Communication: Ability to bridge technology and business, effectively communicating technical concepts to stakeholders and fostering accountability within the team.
