QA Engineer + Automation Engineer

We are looking for a skilled QA Engineer + Automation Engineer who is passionate about quality and technology. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing automated test frameworks, writing and executing test scripts, and working closely with our development team to ensure product quality at every stage of the development process.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks for web and mobile applications.
Execute and manage automated test suites, and analyze results to identify issues and areas for improvement.
Collaborate with the development team to understand the architecture and design of the product, and provide input on testability and quality.
Perform manual testing when necessary, especially for complex scenarios or new features.
Create and maintain detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases.
Identify, record, document thoroughly, and track bugs.
Perform regression testing to ensure stability after code changes.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of the QA processes, tools, and technologies.
Stay updated on the latest industry trends and best practices in software testing and automation.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
3+ years of experience in software quality assurance, with a strong focus on test automation.
Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript).
Experience with automation tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Appium, JUnit, TestNG, etc.).
Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and software testing methodologies.
Experience with Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI).
Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
