Who you are:
As a fast-growing technology start up, we are seeking a high-energy, and driven Inside Sales Development Rep to book meetings for demo for the Cirkled In offering to colleges, and universities. This person should have hunter mentality with desire to succeed.
We are looking for a great set of skills, but most importantly a winning personality with the willingness to learn as we build a positive work culture. You'll be a great fit for this role if you have:
-3+ years prior tech SDR experience, SaaS experince preferred.
-Ability to build rapport with clients, with volume cold calling/ emailing.
-Demonstrate exceptional verbal and written communication skills to articulate the value proposition and build rapport with prospects
-Proven experience leveraging marketing and sales automation applications proficiently, such as CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot), online analytics platforms, and basic Excel functions
-The desire to work in a fast-paced, highly energetic work environment
-The ability to be successful working independently and navigating ambiguity (prior startup experience is a plus)
-A collaborative spirit and a growth mindset
-Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
Primary Responsibilities:
-Develop a healthy sales pipeline by prospecting using a combination of email, phone call, live demos and other sales channels.
-Identify and qualify potential customers through research
-Make high volume calls daily, and rapidly follow up on leads.
-Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop and execute strategies to increase sales and revenue
-Track and report on prospecting sales activities and results
-Will need to track and gather both quantitative and qualitative data
Salary: We offer a competitive OTE (On Target Earnings) comprising of base salary + commissions (not capped).
Salary range here provided is OTE salary and will be determined based on the experience.
This role has high promotion potential. As of now, we do not have benefits to offer but hope to add them soon.
