About the Role
Are you passionate about Web3 and eager to shape the future of blockchain technology? Bento Batch is looking for a talented and motivated Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team. This is your chance to build partnerships with leading players in the Web3 ecosystem, including Chain foundations, dApps, Exchanges, and more.
Since our product launch in May, Bento Batch has achieved impressive milestones: over 35K unique users, 1M+ batches sent, and 350M+ transaction volume. As our BD Manager, you'll not only develop your own strategies but also influence how people interact with blockchain technology.
In this role, you will:
- Develop Strategic Partnerships: Forge strong connections with Chain foundations, DeFi dApps, Exchanges, and other key players.
- Manage the Full Deal Lifecycle: From the initial pitch and demo to negotiation, closing, and maintenance.
- Innovate and Optimize: Create and refine partnership frameworks and strategies.
- Explore Opportunities: Actively seek collaboration opportunities within the blockchain ecosystem.
- Provide Insights: Offer valuable business strategy insights and decisions.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work with Marketing, Engineering, and other internal teams to achieve our goals.
What We’re Looking For:
- Fluent English: Native or fluent proficiency in spoken and written English.
- Web3 Experience: At least 2 years of experience in Web3 Business Development, Sales, or Marketing.
- Strong Communicator: Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
- Team Player: Ability to build internal and external relationships and coordinate priorities.
- Analytical Thinker: Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset.
- Goal-Oriented: Adaptability to a fast-paced environment and a results-driven attitude.
Bonus Points:
- Educational Background: BS/MS degree in Business, Marketing, CS, Engineering, or related fields.
- Technical Understanding: Knowledge of advanced Blockchain and NFT technology.
