Job Title: Director of Digital Media & Marketing for The Temple House
About Us: We pride ourselves on creating unforgettable and incredibly unique experiences at our venue. The Temple House is renowned for its world class technology and immersive projection mapping. We are now looking for a visionary Director of Digital Media to take our digital presence to the next level. This role is perfect for a creative thinker who excels in both strategic planning and data-driven decision-making, with a passion for the luxury event industry. We want to do VERY COOL and CREATIVE out of the box digital campaigns that will generate conversions and win awards.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and Execute Digital Strategies:
Lead the creation and implementation of comprehensive data-driven digital marketing strategies across all online platforms (Instagram, FB, Pinterest, Google, TikTok, …..)
Tailor strategies to target specific customer segments and maximize engagement and conversions.
Google PPC and SEO Management:
Manage and optimize pay-per-click advertising campaigns on Google to drive high-quality traffic and conversions.
Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and increase website visibility.
Revamp our current website based on data driven audit and analytics.
Creative Strategy:
Develop innovative and engaging creative concepts that align with our brand image and resonate with our target audience.
Oversee the creation of compelling visual and written content for digital channels, including website, social media, and email campaigns.
Social Media Management:
Oversee the strategy, execution, and management of all social media channels, including content creation, community engagement, and influencer partnerships.
Analyze social media metrics to optimize performance and grow our online presence.
Data Analysis:
Utilize advanced analytics tools to track and measure the performance of digital campaigns.
Provide detailed reports and insights on key metrics, offering recommendations for optimization and improvement.
Collaboration:
Work closely with the Director of Events and Director of Creative to ensure digital strategies align with overall business objectives and event goals.
Qualifications:
You must have proven experience in digital media and marketing, particularly in the luxury product/service or events industry.
Expertise in managing Google Ads, SEO, and social media platforms.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions.
Exceptional creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Self-starter with excellent project management and organizational skills.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. BOILERPLATE
