About the job

Amelia is seeking an in-house travel agent.

Responsibilities:

Align with CEO on trip targets
Researching + screening new suppliers and adding to database
Designing new trips in conjunction with suppliers or other agents
Adding trips to Amelia trip catolog in a neat and standardized way
Identify rote data entry that can be outsourced
Recruiting sub-contractor travel agents and overseeing their work
Calculating trip pricing
Input trip on website for sale

About you:

Min. 1 year experience as an agent
Must have booked at least $50K of travel within 1 year as an agent
Must use Tern, or be willing to

Compensation:
Currently this is a CONTRACT position paying $25/hour for up to 20 hours per week. Potential to convert to full-time down the road. This role does not pay commission, but is a good way to bring in stable income to supplement your commissionable work as travel agent outside of Amelia.
