Product Designer

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design of our product from concept to completion, focusing on both functionality and aesthetics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define design requirements, goals, and deliverables.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that ensure a seamless and visually appealing user experience.
• Develop and maintain design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across all product features and platforms.
• Conduct user research and testing to gather insights and iterate on designs based on feedback.
• Work closely with developers to ensure that design specifications are implemented accurately and efficiently.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the design quality of our product.

Requirements:

• Strong portfolio showcasing a blend of UX/UI design skills, with a focus on creating visually compelling and user-friendly products.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD, and experience with prototyping tools.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, color theory, typography, and layout design.
• Ability to conduct and analyze user research to inform design decisions.
• Experience working in an Agile environment and collaborating closely with developers.
• Familiarity with front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.

Remote position, preffered if you're located in the DFW Area.
Collaboration hours are 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM CST.
