Visual Designer

Responsibilities:

• Develop and refine the visual elements of our product, ensuring that the design is visually compelling and aligned with the brand identity.
• Create color schemes, typography, and design patterns that enhance the user experience and brand consistency.
• Collaborate with UX designers, product managers, and developers to translate creative concepts into visual designs.
• Design and maintain a comprehensive style guide that governs the visual aspects of the product.
• Ensure that all visual elements are consistent across various platforms and devices.
• Stay updated on design trends, tools, and technologies to keep our product visually fresh and engaging.

Requirements:

• Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in visual design, with a focus on color theory, typography, and layout design.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) and Figma.
• Understanding of web and mobile design principles, including responsive design.
• Ability to create visually appealing graphics, icons, and illustrations.
• Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
• Familiarity with HTML/CSS is a plus.

Remote position, preffered if you're located in the DFW Area.
Collaboration hours are 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM CST.
