About the role:
Adelaide Metrics is the leader in the rapidly growing field of evidence-based media quality measurement. We help advertisers make better media investment decisions by using our metric, AU, which evaluates thousands of signals to predict attention and drive more efficient outcomes.
We are looking for a Senior Analyst to join our Analytics team and support our clients with data analysis, report creation, and troubleshooting. You will work closely with other analysts and account managers to deliver insights and recommendations that help our clients optimize their media campaigns.
This is a human-oriented role. A successful candidate will be one with not only the ability to understand analytical concepts, but also to convey those to clients in understandable, actionable ways.
What you will do:
- Perform data analysis using Excel, SQL, Python, and other tools to measure the performance and quality of media placements
- Create and present reports that communicate key findings and trends to clients
- Provide client support by answering questions, resolving issues, and providing guidance on how to use our platform and metric
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure data quality, accuracy, and consistency
- Mentor junior team members, reviewing work and teaching both analytical and presentation skills
- Stay updated on the latest developments and best practices in the digital media industry
What you will bring:
- 4+ years working in AdTech or Digital Marketing
- The ability to represent Adelaide and maintain strong client relationships, gaining trust through timeliness, reliability, and an understanding of client needs
- Academic or professional exposure to a quantitative field such as statistics, mathematics, economics, or computer science preferred
- Basic familiarity with Python or a willingness to learn
- Experience with data analysis, visualization, and reporting tools such as Excel, Looker, Tableau, Power BI, etc.
- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to clearly convey the “so what”
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Passion for digital media and advertising
