We’ve developed an orchestration layer to solve the “NoOps for cloud storage” for all 3 major clouds - AWS/GCP/Azure. Our vision is to automate & make cloud storage smarter. Lucidity solution eliminates infrastructure downtime, improves application performance & saves 50% cloud cost at the click of a button. What we have built is patentable. We have Global Fortune 500 enterprises and Decacorn startups as our customers.

We are a team from BITS Pilani, IIM Bangalore, and NIT Allahabad & have worked at Microsoft, Swiggy, and Tracxn before. We are funded by Tier I global VC & have leading marquee angels as our investors. We are growing aggressively & plan to expand our team by 5x in the next 6 months.

About Role

• You'll solve complex, technical challenges so your customers can focus on their business. This includes using your knowledge to figure out a mechanism to integrate Lucidity into the customers’ cloud infrastructure.
• You'll drive and/or take part in technical solutions discussions, diving deep into the details with customer teams.
• Deliver product and technical presentations with potential clients
• You are required to have a deep understanding of end-to-end customer operations and work as a consultant to customers in identifying key business challenges and positioning the right technology solutions to address those business challenges.
• You shall also work on long-term strategies to improve customer business operations through data management tools and services delivering continuous value to customers' businesses.
• This includes playing a part in educating, sharing best practices, presenting at events, writing white papers, and blogs, and running workshops.
• You won't just be part of an industry movement; you'll be leading it.

Must Haves

• 4+ years of professional experience architecting/operating solutions built on cloud technology
• Experience with Microsoft Azure, AWS, GCP, and its relevant build, deployment, automation, networking and security technologies in cloud environments
• Strong expertise in Techincal Post-sales and Delivery
• Working experience on Windows and Linux operating systems
• Working knowledge of monitoring and alerting tools, cloud cost optimization tools, Containers, Terraform, and Automation Tools
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Good to have

• Public cloud certifications would be an added advantage.
• Prior experience in the cloud storage domain would be an added advantage
• Account management and project management skills.
• Experience working in a high-engagement customer-facing role.
