Electrical Engineering Lead for innovative clothing startup

We're looking for a team member to lead the electrical engineering for our product development. We want you to take an active role in contributing your skills to creating solutions the problems we try to solve. The main challenge right now is to get to prototype and MVP, for which we're hiring people with a background in electrical engineering and. Practical experience with wearable technology is beneficial.

We want to give you freedom to work the way you prefer, but in turn expect you to take responsibility and use your skills to actively drive development. We are at an early stage and want you to bring in your ideas to be a central part in determining the direction for the company. Your responsibilities are:

• Circuitry design: Creating a functional design to gather biodata and process it.
• Working with the textile and biomedical engineers to embed the system in clothing.
• Power management: Creating a suitable power supply system for the hardware to run on.

We're looking for creative maniacs: we're trying to build something awesome and we're looking for people who maniacally use their skills on building creative solutions. Experience: your CV, years of experience, etc. isn't as important to us as your motivation and your skills.

We're at an early stage, so there will be unforeseen developments which we'll have to solve creatively. Roles won't be as clear cut as in large corporations, but we're working on something special and we want to find people that have the same kind of excitement that we have.
