Description:
We are seeking a seasoned Marketing Manager to accelerate Tookey.io's growth! You will play a pivotal role in developing our affiliate program, attracting B2B clients from the Web3 space, and building a strong community around our $TOO token.

Responsibilities:

Affiliate Program:
— Develop and launch an effective affiliate program to attract new users and increase sales.
— Source, select, and manage affiliates.
— Create compelling affiliate materials and tools.
— Track and optimize affiliate program performance.
B2B Client Acquisition:
— Develop and implement targeted marketing campaigns to attract — Web3 startups and marketers.
— Participate in industry conferences and events.
— Build long-term relationships with key clients.
— Develop technical specifications, copy, and creative assets for marketing materials: banners, landing pages, videos.
Community Building:
— Develop and implement a community growth strategy around the $TOO token.
— Moderate and grow the community on social media and forums.
— Organize community events (ambassador programs, contests, meetups).
— Develop and implement a content marketing strategy.

Requirements:

Must-have:
— Proven experience in launching and managing affiliate programs.
— Deep understanding of the Web3 ecosystem and its key players.
— Experience with CRM systems and marketing automation tools.
— Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills.
— Upper-Intermediate English or higher.
Nice-to-have:
— Experience with affiliate tracking tools.
— Knowledge of blockchain technology fundamentals.
— An existing network of contacts in the Web3 space.
