*About The Role *

We are growing and launching bootcamps in various domains. You will play the role of Sales Lead for multiple bootcamps, essentially owning the following:

  • Solving customer complaints and answering customers' questions.
  • Ensuring that all business development activities are coordinated and executed in a timely manner
  • Documenting the sales process and closing
  • Providing sales staff with constructive feedback and assisting staff to solve customers' problems more efficiently
  • Maintaining positive customer relations.
  • Motivating the sales staff and creating an atmosphere of healthy competition among the staff.
  • Developing and executing strategic sales plans
  • Growing existing accounts
  • Identifying and developing new business opportunities

Required skills and qualifications:

  • Proven analytical abilities
  • Experience in generating process documentation and reports
  • Excellent communication skills, with an ability to translate data into actionable insights
