We are seeking a talented and experienced Product Designer with a strong background in product management to join our team. This is a full-time position ideal for someone who thrives in a startup environment and is passionate about designing and managing innovative products.

What the job involves:

• Lead the design and product management efforts, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
• Analyse and interpret data from tools like Hotjar, Mixpanel, and other analytics platforms to drive product improvements.
• Conduct market and competitors’ research and leverage insights to inform product design and strategy.
• Join customer calls, dig into data and run other appropriate research activities to investigate and understand our users’ needs.
• Collaborating closely with engineering team and CEO to bring the design to life
• Contribute ideas for product features and improvements based on your knowledge of our users and what’s out there in the market
• Use tools such as Figma, Miro, and Notion for design, collaboration, and documentation management.
• Manage product performance and optimise for Product-Market Fit (PMF).

Who you are:

• You have at least 3 years of professional experience as a Product or UX & UI Designer and Product Management
• Ideally within a Series A startup.
• You’re comfortable and able to prioritize and manage several milestones and projects efficiently
• You’re proficient in data analytics and product performance tools (e.g., Mixpanel).
• You’re proficient in design softwares (Figma and Miro)
• You’re experienced in contributing to and evolving a design system
• You’re experienced with document management tools like Notion.
• You have the ability to conduct and leverage market research effectively.
• You have demonstrated success in achieving PMF.
