We are looking for a seasoned Salesforce Business Head to spearhead our Salesforce practice. The ideal candidate will bring over 18 years of experience in pre-sales, consulting, designing, and executing complex CRM projects with cloud-based enterprise solutions, especially Salesforce. This role is pivotal in driving our Salesforce and MuleSoft practices, managing P&L, and ensuring the successful delivery of key strategic accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership & Practice Development:
Establish and grow the Salesforce and MuleSoft practice from the ground up.
Manage quarterly and annual targets and P&L.
Develop new practices and capabilities within Salesforce, Comms Cloud, and MuleSoft.
Sales & Pre-Sales:
Lead and co-lead sales pursuits ranging from $500K to $25M.
Oversee pre-sales activities and manage key partnerships with Salesforce, MuleSoft, etc.
Project Management:
Deliver large-scale digital transformation projects using the Salesforce multi-cloud suite.
Ensure successful project delivery for all key strategic accounts.
Manage project financials, scope, time, cost, quality, and risk.
Client Engagement & Delivery:
Serve in roles such as Pre-Sales Lead, Client Partner, and Engagement Director.
Implement Salesforce solutions across various industries, including Financial Services, Telecom, Consumer Goods, and more.
Key Skills & Expertise:
Proven leadership in Salesforce sales, pre-sales, consulting, and delivery.
Deep knowledge of Salesforce products, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, SFI Comms Cloud (Velocity), Einstein, and Salesforce CPQ.
Strong project management skills with a focus on digital transformation and business process improvement.
Experience with agile and iterative methodologies.
Excellent leadership, communication, collaboration, and team-building abilities.
Extensive knowledge of industry verticals such as banking, telecom, health insurance, and more.

Current CTC should be 58 LPA to 70 LPA.
