Open is on a mission to make running restaurants better. Over the past 5 years, an unprecedented amount of restaurant volume has shifted from on-premise to off-premise, and there's been an incredible amount of ensuing work demanded of restaurant owners to keep up with the shift. Open is leveraging AI to build the best employee to manage a restaurant's off-premise business. This AI will do things like build a mobile app and website for restaurants in seconds, respond to yelp and google reviews on behalf of restaurants, create and execute sms, email and push notification marketing campaigns to grow sales, and much more.

Open was founded by ex-DoorDash employees who grew up working in restaurants. We've seen the challenges of running a restaurant first hand, and are confident in our ability to make things a lot simpler, while improving restaurant profitability.

Open is backed by Sequoia Capital, an early investor to companies like Apple, Stripe, Nvidia, Airbnb, DoorDash, and Instacart.

About the Role

Our ideal candidate is obsessed with the little details and passionate about building world class products that are both intuitive and effective. We're looking for someone who can creatively come up with solutions to our customer's most pressing problems. Our frontend tech stack is Flutter/Dart.

What You'll Do

• Develop and maintain the front-end of our AI-powered restaurant management platform using Flutter/Dart.
• Collaborate with the product and engineering teams to contribute to product direction and ensure seamless integration.
• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
• Optimize application for maximum speed and scalability.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to our team's high standards of code quality.
• Foster a culture of insanely great interfaces and obsession over the craft of building great products.

What You Have

• Proficiency in Flutter and Dart.
