Role Overview
As the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at Meta2 Labs, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the technological vision and strategy of our company. You will work closely with clients, vendors, and internal teams to develop and deliver high-quality technology solutions. This role involves crafting technology proposals, leading pitches, consulting as a subject matter expert, and overseeing the execution of projects by coordinating with assigned vendors.

Key Responsibilities
Technology Proposals and Pitches:

Lead the development of technology proposals and pitches for clients, ensuring alignment with their business needs and goals.
Participate in client meetings and presentations, acting as the technical face of Meta2 Labs.
Develop innovative solutions leveraging our range of services, including AI and machine learning, big data analytics, blockchain development, and more.
Project Execution and Vendor Management:

Oversee the execution of technology projects, ensuring timely and quality delivery.
Collaborate with and manage relationships with assigned vendors, ensuring they meet project requirements and standards.
Monitor project progress, address any issues or roadblocks, and ensure seamless communication between all stakeholders.
Client Consultation:

Serve as a subject matter expert during initial client calls, providing expert advice and guidance on technology solutions.
Understand client requirements, analyze business problems, and propose tailored technology solutions.
Strategic Planning and Innovation:

Contribute to the strategic planning of Meta2 Labs' technology offerings and services.
Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends, and integrate these insights into the company's solutions and offerings.
Qualifications
Proven experience in a senior technology leadership role, preferably as a CTO or similar position.
Strong expertise in the services offered by Meta2 Labs, including AI, machine learning, big data analytics, blockchain, cloud computing, and more.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Demonstrated experience in developing technology proposals, leading pitches, and consulting with clients.
Strong project management skills, with experience managing vendors and ensuring project delivery.
Ability to work independently and remotely, with a proactive and entrepreneurial mindset.
Passionate about technology and innovation, with a commitment to staying updated on the latest industry trends.
