Biocule, is an upcoming D2C brand in the beauty and personal care space founded by a group of D2C enthusiasts with relevant industry experience of launching and scaling D2C brands in multiple categories in the past.

The role
A Designer at Biocule is at the heart of the team and our creative output. As a designer you will be developing design craft and creative confidence.
You will work as part of the team to deliver creative excellence across a wide range of projects for one of the latest and most innovative beauty and personal care consumer brand in India.

Requirements

1. Coming up with creative visual solutions to Brand and the consumer needs.
2. Presenting ideas and creative work internally to team members.
3. Collaboratively working with other disciplines (packaging, digital, experimental, film, motion)

What we look for

1. Excellent design, visual communication, and visualization skills
2. You will have 2 – 3 years experience in branding and/or packaging and advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite.
3. High standard of creative & detail, attention to detail on all delivery output
4. Strong grasp of design fundamentals Composition, Typography, Colors etc.
5. Being an active member of the team; listen, contribute, learn
6. Motivated and passionate about creativity, design and culture
7. Comfortable with our fail fast, learn quickly approach
