Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential clients to generate leads and sales.
- Answer inbound calls and provide information about products and services.
- Maintain records of calls and sales and update the CRM system.
- Follow up with prospects and schedule appointments for the sales team.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional manner.
Requirements:
- 0-2 years of experience in telecalling or customer service.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle rejection and remain persistent.
- Basic knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Preferred:
- Experience in sales or telemarketing.
- Knowledge of the grooming or beauty industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
