WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
Your mission will be to hunt, prospect, and qualify new leads in the sales pipeline. Once deemed qualified prospects, you will guide opportunities through the sales funnel until they are ready for senior sales engagement. You will be expected to maintain and add valuable data in our CRM system according to our business guidelines and work closely with sales and marketing as a key team player to drive growth and solidify our market position. We’ll provide you with onboarding focusing on our qualification process and product training, as well as support your technical and administrative needs.
- Lead Prospecting and Qualification: With the guidance of the Marketing Coordinator Specialist, you will use your industry insight in wholesale distribution to identify and qualify potential customers for our ERP solution in the electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and industrial markets. Lead prospecting will rely on cold calls, CRM segmentation, email communication, and drip campaigns
- Prospect Nurturing: You will take the reins to move leads through the sales funnel – from initial outreach to sales qualification, all while ensuring prospects fully grasp the value proposition of our ERP software.
- Relationship Building: Initiate contact with potential customers to collect vital information and start building relationships that set the stage for successful sales engagements.
- CRM Management: Keep our CRM systems meticulously updated with accurate and useful customer information to target our ideal audience properly ensuring accuracy and completeness to support effective sales follow-ups and targeted marketing campaigns.
- Collaborating with Sales: Work in harmony with the sales team to guarantee a smooth handover of sales-qualified leads (SQLs), enhancing the chances of conversion and contributing to the sales pipeline.
- Collaborating with Marketing: Support marketing initiatives to fulfill campaign steps and pre-show engagement opportunities.

- A Compelling Communicator: Articulates the unique benefits of our ERP software to prospects with clarity and enthusiasm, emphasizing how we address the specific challenges of the Wholesale Distribution market. You engage well with others verbally and in writing.
- A Team Player: Does what it takes to aid our sales team in moving opportunities through the pipeline. This may mean going the extra mile with extended hours, assisting with proposal details, or attending trade shows.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPECTATIONS
- 3+ years experience in pre-sales support or as a sales representative. ERP software sales experience is preferred.
- Ability to work 40+ hours. Some travel may be required.
- CRM experience (HubSpot preferred).
- Strong persuasive and interpersonal skills.
- Strong written and verbal skills.
- Proficiency in Google Docs, Sheets, Mail, etc.
- A college degree is preferred, but not required.

- $52K annual base salary (based on experience)
