Responsibilities

  • Oversee and be closely involved in a range of human resource functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, benefits and welfare and others, from planning to execution and review to improve practices.
  • Support tech teams on people-related matters, solve complex people issues, and ensure alignment of people strategies within the team.
  • Work closely with the HR lead to develop and implement strategic HR plans that address the growing needs of the company, leveraging experience from working in fast-paced, expanding environments.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including posting job advertisements, coordinating interviews, and facilitating new employee onboarding.
  • Contribute ideas, plan, and implement new HR initiatives and policies to support company growth.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, Social Sciences, or a related field.
  • Several years of experience in HR functions, preferably within a growing startup or SME in the tech or fashion industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of local employment laws and practices.
  • Experience in the tech or fashion industry is highly desirable.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to create and maintain effective relationships with all employees, fostering a supportive working environment.
  • Motivated self-starter who can quickly adapt and work with minimal supervision.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with excellent communication skills, including the preparation of research reports and presentations.
  • Active and keen learner who stays up-to-date with industry trends.
  • Good time management and organizational skills.
