The Digital Services team provides e-commerce sellers with a suite of digital tools that automates and optimizes the most challenging aspects of the e-commerce process, allowing users to streamline order fulfillment and manage customer experience across various digital channels and platforms, integrating it with our delivery services to create a hassle-free experience.
The Commercial Project Manager will be responsible for the end-to-end acquisition of customers, from lead generation to pitching and closing deals. The role will involve working closely with partners and other departments to run the operations of sales enablement, with a specific focus on providing e-commerce enablement services to clients.
Responsibilities
- Customer Acquisition:
- Generate leads, pitch products/services, and close deals to acquire new clients.
- Develop and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Sales Enablement Operations:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and customer experience teams, to ensure seamless sales operations.
- Coordinate with partners to enhance sales processes and client satisfaction.
- Project Management:
- Manage end-to-end project lifecycles, including planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting on key project milestones and deliverables.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
- E-commerce Enablement for Clients:
- Develop and implement e-commerce enablement strategies tailored to client needs through partnerships.
- Collaborate with technology and platform partners to assist clients in integrating new technologies and processes to enhance their online sales and customer experience.
- Leverage partner expertise and resources to provide comprehensive e-commerce solutions for clients.
- Provide ongoing support and iteration on e-commerce projects based on client performance data, feedback, and market shifts.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong project management skills with experience in end-to-end project lifecycles.
- Proven ability to generate leads, pitch, and close deals.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
- Experience in e-commerce enablement for clients is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- At least 3 years of experience in a relevant client-facing role, preferably in e-commerce or digital marketing companies.
