What you’ll do
- Manage communications and build relationships with media, KOL, and third party agencies for joint collaboration of various campaigns/retainers
- Responsible for the development, implementation and ongoing optimization of KOL / Community Strategies
- Research and identify KOL across multiple digital platforms to build powerful brand experiences
- Ensure community strategies are aligned with overall brand strategies
- Manage and implement KOL engagement plan, the publishing calendar, social objectives, messaging, sourcing the visual images for these posts, aligning to the overall strategies and coordinating with KOL Agency / KOL in their requirements, timeline, and deliverables
- Collaborate with creative, social media managers, and designers to ensure content is informative and appealing
- Able to measure and report activity with the rest of the team in assistance to Data Team
- Analyze topics, themes, formats and content that will engage audiences on social media and generate leads/ engagement based on each objectives
- Analyze best practices for social listening, uploading, tagging, reporting, and optimization of channels
Who you are
- Have at least 2 or 3 years of relevant work experience managing influencers / buzzer / communities
- Extensive knowledge of current and emerging social channels and networking with KOL and communities
- Profecient with social media analytics and listening tools. Alongside with technical understanding of existing social media platforms
- Able to measure social media engagement.
- Experience with online monitoring and measurement platforms
- Great interpersonal skills
- Effective time and project management skills, with ability to organize and prioritize efficiently while attention to detail
