Roles & Responsibilities
Customer Prospecting:
- Research potential customers or clients within the target market.
- Identify key decision-makers or stakeholders within prospective organizations.
- Compile a list of qualified leads with relevant contact information for follow-up.
CRM Management:
- Update the CRM system with new leads and contacts.
- Ensure data accuracy and generate weekly reports on lead acquisition.
- Add a minimum of 15-20 new leads per week to CRM with accurate contact information.
Sales Support:
- Assist in creating sales proposals and contracts.
- Coordinate with the CEO to gather necessary information for proposals.
- Prepare and send out at least 2 sales proposals per day to prospective clients.
Sales Campaign Coordination:
- Assist in planning and executing content-focused campaigns.
- Assist in launching 1 targeted email marketing campaign weekly promoting our offers.
Client Relationship Management:
- Schedule client meetings and business reviews to discuss offers.
- Schedule and coordinate 2 client meetings or business reviews.
Skills Required
- Being customer-centric
- Regularly produce and present reports including those from the team members and clients
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Excellent presentation skills
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools like HubSpot
- Outstanding communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal abilities
- Holds at least a Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Must be technology-savvy and very comfortable with learning new technologies.
- Good mastery of cloud-based word processing (e.g. Google Docs), spreadsheet (e.g. Google Sheets) and presentation (e.g. Google Slides) software.
- Mastery of design software like Canva is a huge advantage.
- Excellent time management and mastery of planning software. E.g. Notion, Trello.
- Highly organised and efficient in managing information.
- Highly inquisitive mind, excellent problem-solving abilities and demonstrates initiative.
- Possessing a rich network that can be leveraged for certain tasks is a huge advantage.
- Ability to work across different time zones is a huge advantage.
