Position Description
Are you an experienced fullstack software engineer (7+ years) who has designed and built end-to-end products from scratch and launched successful products with a small but mighty team? Are you itching to build software whose primary purpose is to improve people’s health? As a fullstack engineer, you will contribute to our healthcare services Web App, implementing smart APIs to to support efficient and functional products.

Our platform has been designated a Breakthrough Device by the FDA (Software as a Medical Device) and is the scientific and user experience design industry leader. With a small and determined team we have accomplished the "impossible": We’ve traversed the med device Valley of Death with unprecedented science and superior interaction design. The 2024 commercialization of our proven product and services will be a historic first in the healthcare industry. We’re looking for the principal engineer who has the chops and the commitment to healthcare transformation to join our team.

Responsibilities
Design and develop APIs to meet design and business requirements (Vue.js / Python).
Design, implement and maintain APIs (Vue.js / Django).
Implement pixel-perfect UI and functional tests to ensure stable code.
Test your work to ensure it meets functional and design requirements.
Work with and grow database schemas (PostgreSQL / RDS).

Requirements
Extensive experience as a fullstack web developer (Vue.js / Python). You know the standard library like the back of your hand and can solve problems by manipulating the frameworks.
Strong experience with Django.
Experienceing implementing and testing pixel-perfect and animated UI.
Experience writing queries, designing schemas, tuning performance with at least one relational database (we use Postgres).
Solid debugging and problem solving experience.
Experience working at an early-stage startup.
Disciplined and efficient processes and meetings.
