Associate : Operations & Client Success

Tocco is a tech platform for fresh, authentic regional delicacies made by passionate cooks. Since 2023, we have reached thousands of customers across India and delivered over 20,000 products from our chefs.

We are looking for a smart, self-driven person to join us in the Business Operations team.The role would entail handling daily operations and enhacing overall customer experience. You would be working across different functions and would gain experience across operations, growth, business analytics and product management. Your day at Tocco would have to:

• Oversee daily operations and optimise the existing processes
• Understand customers very well and take modern approaches to improve their experience
• Work with marketing team and be part of growth initiatives at TOCCO
• Collaborate on product development
• Coordinate with chefs on seamless operations at Chef side
• Enhace customer experience

Please apply if you have:

• Atleast 01 year of experience in similar functions or roles
• Great communication skills (English) - oral and written
• Previous experience in a startup is a plus
• Analytical skills and proficiency in Excel
