Job Overview: As Director of Operations at Leaf VIP Inc., you will play a critical role in driving substantial revenue and profit growth through strategic alignment and operational excellence. Your responsibilities will include operational success, driving sales, finance and process efficiency. We need a dynamic, entrepreneurial leader with a proven track record in scaling startup technology companies. Your main priority will be taking Leaf VIP’s technology into new retail verticals such as Beauty, Alcohol, and Sporting Goods sectors. If you're passionate about technology, sales growth, finance, and transforming operations in a fast-paced environment, we want you on our team!

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Operations Leadership

  • Formulate and execute detailed operational strategies that align with the company’s mission and goals.
  • Identify and capitalize on opportunities to boost operational efficiency and performance. Partner closely with the Founder and executive team to ensure that operational strategies are in sync with overall business objectives.

Process Systemization and Optimization

  • Develop and implement structured processes to ensure operational consistency, efficiency, and scalability.
  • Continuously evaluate and refine processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve performance.

Technology Integration and Optimization

  • Oversee the adoption of advanced technology and software solutions to automate tasks, eliminate inefficiencies, and simplify processes.
  • Implement systems to ensure seamless task delegation and workflow management across various departments.
  • Maintain a robust and scalable technology infrastructure to support growth objectives.

Detailed Implementation and Execution

  • Manage the implementation of operational improvements to meet performance, security, and scalability standards.
  • Oversee process improvement projects aimed at optimizing operational activities.
  • Collaborate closely with the operations team to implement and optimize technology-driven processes.

Operational Management and Execution

  • Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Oversee daily company operations and guide the team on focus areas to ensure alignment with business goals and objectives.

Revenue and Profit Growth

  • Drive initiatives that contribute to significant revenue growth and profitability.
  • Optimize resource allocation to maximize returns and minimize operational costs.
  • Align operational activities with financial goals and performance metrics.

Team Leadership and Development

  • Lead, inspire, and mentor the operations team, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and accountability.
  • Develop strategies to attract, retain, and develop top talent.

Job Details:

This is a remote position with a preference for candidates that can be hybrid in the Miami, FL area.
The salary range for this role is $80,000-$125,000 depending on experience and location.
