Senior Software Development Engineer (SDE III)- Android and IOS

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Software Development Engineer (SDE III) to join our mobile development team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in building and optimizing mobile applications for both Android and iOS platforms. You will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing cutting-edge mobile solutions that deliver exceptional user experiences across both platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Mobile Development: Oversee the entire mobile development lifecycle for both Android and iOS applications, ensuring high performance, quality, and responsiveness.
• Architect and Develop:Design and develop scalable, maintainable, and efficient mobile application architectures for both Android and iOS platforms.
• Collaborate:Work closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to create seamless and user-friendly mobile experiences.
• Code Reviews:Conduct thorough code reviews, mentor junior developers, and ensure adherence to best practices in mobile development.
• Performance Optimization:Utilize tools to monitor, analyze, and optimize the performance of mobile applications on both platforms.
• Stay Updated: Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in mobile development and implement them in projects.
• Problem Solving:Identify and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring high quality and performance of the final product.
• Testing: Implement and maintain comprehensive unit, integration, and end-to-end tests to ensure the reliability and stability of the codebase.
• Documentation:Create and maintain technical documentation for mobile solutions and processes.

Required Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in mobile development, with a strong focus on both Android and iOS platforms.
• Technical Skills:
  • Advanced proficiency in Kotlin and Java for Android development.
  • Advanced proficiency in Swift and Objective-C for iOS development.
  • Strong understanding of Android SDK, Android Studio, iOS SDK, and Xcode
  • Experience with Jetpack Compose for Android. SwiftUI for iOS - Experience with cross-platform development frameworks (e.g., React Native, Flutter) is a plus.
  • Proficiency with RESTful APIs and web services integration.
  • Familiarity with version control systems, preferably Git.
• Performance: Demonstrated experience in optimizing mobile applications for performance and responsiveness on both platforms.
