Product Manager / Product Owner

As a Product Manager / Product Owner :

• You will lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, from initial concept through detailed execution and delivery.
• You will work closely with customers to understand their needs and pain points, translating these insights into actionable feature development and release plans.
• Your focus will be on prioritizing and sequencing development tasks to deliver significant and tangible business value.
• You will transform your ideas into real, high-quality products that delight our customers daily. You will build and maintain strong collaborative relationships across multiple engineering, design, project management, and business teams.

• Additionally, you will engage with senior leaders within product development and throughout the company, ensuring alignment and advocating for your customers. Your role will require meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to delivering top-tier products.

• Engage in discovery & framing and test & learn activities to quickly validate assumptions and product direction

• Decompose complex problems into smaller manageable tasks by creating and prioritizing a backlog for the product team

• Manage product backlog, create an effective vision and provide timely stakeholder feedback on development iterations

Educational Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with good experience or MBA preferred, but not mandatory
• Past technical experience would be a bonus
