Codeium already gives AI-powered tools to hundreds of thousands of individual developers and development teams at thousands of enterprises, from startups to Fortune 500 companies. With millions of installations of our extensions and intense traction in the enterprise sector, Codeium has uniquely already achieved strong product market fit, and is looking to take it to the next level. As a marketing operations specialist, you will be responsible for creative and operational execution to drive our brand, campaigns, and product launches. You are expected to work autonomously and cross-functionally and will have agency to execute on ideas. Your role will be instrumental in driving adoption of AI technology.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree.

• Incredibly strong organizational and interpersonal skills.

• High level of agency and ownership.

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.

• Has done something that demonstrates a unique skill for a marketing team, such as running events, hacking the social algorithms, building D2C brands, building communities, etc.

• (Bonus) Ability to understand and communicate AI-related concepts and products. (Easy litmus test is to check if you understand some of the more technical content on codeium.com/blog).

• (Bonus) Past experience with coding, design, product marketing, and/or sales.
