Who You Are:

A highly motivated and results-oriented software engineer with a minimum of 5+ years of experience in building and leading successful software projects.
Adept with Java, React, and AWS infrastructure, with a strong understanding of best practices and design principles.
A natural leader who thrives in a collaborative environment, fostering a positive and productive team culture.
Proactive and resourceful, with the ability to take ownership of complex problems and drive solutions from concept to implementation.
Comfortable working with ambiguity and finding creative solutions in an ever-evolving space.
A pragmatic problem solver with a focus on delivering high-quality, maintainable code.

What You'll Do:

Lead the design, development, implementation, and scaling of core features including ledger, payment processing, compliance and risk management.
Bridge the gap between vision and reality by collaboration with co-founders, key stakeholders, and interacting with clients.
Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering their growth and development.
Stay up-to-date on the latest technologies and trends in the fintech industry.
Champion best practices in code review, testing, and continuous integration/delivery (CI/CD).
Own the technical roadmap, ensuring scalability and maintainability.
