Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Development Representative (SDR) who is a native English speaker to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, particularly in cold calling and cold emailing, and will be familiar with working in HubSpot or Salesforce. Tech experience is a plus but not required. This is a fully remote position requiring a commitment of 6-8 hours per day, Monday through Friday. We are particularly interested in candidates who are based in or wish to live in LATAM (Latin America).
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct cold calls and cold emails to prospective clients.
- Qualify leads and set up meetings for the sales team.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities in HubSpot or Salesforce.
- Follow up on leads and nurture relationships to convert prospects into clients.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for lead generation and sales.
Requirements:
- Native English speaker.
- Proven experience in sales, with a strong emphasis on cold calling and cold emailing.
- Familiarity with HubSpot or Salesforce.
- Tech experience is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace for remote work.
- Preference for candidates based in or looking to relocate to LATAM.
