We are seeking a visionary Co-founder and CTO to lead the technological growth of our platform.

Role and Responsibilities
• Take charge of the overall technology vision, ensuring alignment with our business goals.
• Lead the development and continuous enhancement of our virtual stock trading platform.
• Oversee the integration and maintenance of back-end services, ensuring robustness and scalability.
• Manage all aspects of DevOps practices and infrastructure.
• Collaborate with the founding team to set strategic objectives and transform visions into actionable plans.
• Build and mentor the technology team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
• Keep the company at the forefront of technological advancements and ensure that we leverage technology to provide the best user experience.
• Interface with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs.
• Play a crucial role in strategic decisions, including funding, product development, and key partnerships.

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in software engineering, with a proven track record in scalable application development.
• Experience in the fintech sector or direct experience developing stock trading platforms/applications is highly desirable.
• Strong technical skills in Flutter and PHP/Node Js.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage comprehensive technology initiatives.
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and leadership skills.
• An entrepreneurial spirit with a strong sense of ownership and willingness to take risks.
