Given our exceptional growth, we are expanding and hiring a Manager of Revenue Operations to join us on this exciting journey. Lead and support strategic initiatives to accelerate revenue growth and operational efficiency. Collaborate cross-functionally to solve complex business challenges and implement scalable processes. Utilize your analytical skills to track key metrics and drive decision-making. You are a leader and team member who is excited to drive our revenue to new heights in a dynamic, high-growth environment. Will report to the Vice President of Revenue Operations.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement revenue plans aligned with the go-to-market strategy and collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g. marketing, sales, product, finance, operations) to identify growth opportunities
Create and communicate standard key performance metrics to stakeholders that provide actionable insights and drive proactive decision-making (e.g. leading indicators, performance, ramp time, productivity, pipeline health, conversion rates, win rates, etc.)
Deliver compelling analysis and dashboards to ensure alignment and maximize revenue
Drive operational efficiency by automating and enhancing sales processes, tools, and systems to scale effectively and optimize resource utilization
Provide capacity planning, quota deployment, territory management, forecasting process, and compensation models to ensure path to success for growth plans
Lead cross-functional projects to enhance revenue operations processes, including lead to cash, customer/partner segmentation, pricing, margin strategy, resource management, and customer lifecycle management
Build Salesforce & Clari best practices, ensuring data accuracy and implementing enhancements to support sales effectiveness
Coach, mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of accountability, excellence, and continuous improvement
Cultivate and drive a culture of innovation and effective data-led problem-solving
Support QBR/BOD presentations, ad hoc reporting, and projects to identify/explain trends and drive recommendations for future enhancements
Measure ROI and performance of programs, using data to drive improvements
Requirements
5+ years of experience in Go-To-Market Strategy, Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Finance, or a similar analytical role
Proven experience with the sales planning process, forecasting, capacity planning, pipeline health, territory management, quota development, and compensation plans to optimize for predictable growth
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams (e.g. marketing, sales, finance, product, operations, and business analytics) and influence action through clear and compelling communication
Experience with Go-to-Market tools and automation (e.g. Salesforce, Clari, data analytics platforms)
Strong strategic thinking, tactical execution, problem-solving skills, and financial modeling expertise, with excellent attention to detail
Proven team leadership experience, with effective influencing skills
Experience with consulting, tech-enabled managed services, and enterprise SaaS/software
Solid track record of successful team collaboration with ability to own and drive projects while also supporting team members on various tasks
High integrity, professionalism, and exceptional work ethic
Advanced skills in data analysis & interpretation, leveraging tools to derive & summarize actionable insights (Salesforce, Clari, Excel, PowerPoint, Google Sheets, Google Slides)
Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business/Finance/Economics, or equivalent practical experience
